To build student housing in Trondheim

Betonmast, a subsidiary of AF Gruppen, has signed a contract with the Student Welfare Organisation in Gjøvik, Ålesund and Trondheim to build 108 student housing in Trondheim. The contract is a turnkey project with a value of approximately NOK 129 million excl. VAT.

The project consists of one building containing a total of 108 student housing, with a total BRA of approx. 3,000 m2. In addition, outdoor areas are being developed.

“After a good period of interaction, we are now looking forward to a continuation of the good collaboration with the Student Welfare Organisation also in the execution phase of this project”, says Peter Sandrup, CEO of Betonmast.

According to the plan, construction will start during the second quarter of 2023, with expected completion in the second quarter of 2025.
