Status buyback of own shares

As announced on 28 February 2023 Bouvet ASA has initiated repurchase of up to 800,000 of the company's own shares to be used in its share programme for employees.

From 25 May through 5 June the company bought 117,900 shares at an average price of NOK 66.5391. See the attached documents for detailed information about the transactions made.

The company has bought a total of 561,200 shares at an average price of NOK 63.8607 since 1. March.

After these transactions, the company owns 622,706 treasury shares.
