Ends buyback of own shares for employee share purchase program

As announced on 28 February 2023 Bouvet ASA has initiated repurchase of up to 800,000 of the company's own shares to be used in its share programme for employees.

From 13 June through 21 June the company bought 141,500 shares at an average price of NOK 69.0287. See the attached documents for detailed information about the transactions made.

The company has bought a total of 800,000 shares at an average price of NOK 65.1421 since 1. March.

After these transactions, the company owns 861,506 treasury shares.

The company hereby ends buyback of own shares for the employee share purchase program.
