Correction: List showing the options allocated to primary insiders.
The Board of Directors in AF Gruppen ASA has issued 4,850,000 share options to 1,364 employees in 2023, in accordance with the Power of Attorney given by the General Meeting on May 12, 2023. The strike price for the options is NOK 140.40 and the options may be exercised in 2026.
Total outstanding options are after this issue 4,850,000.
