Axactor ASA: Summons to Bondholders' Meeting

Axactor ASA: Summons to Bondholders' Meeting

Axactor ASA ("Axactor"), rated B (Stable) by S&P and B1 (Positive) by Moody's,

has requested Nordic Trustee AS to summon to Bondholders' Meeting (the

"Summons") for its outstanding bond issue with ticker "ACR03" (ISIN

NO0011093718), with the purpose of amending the Interest Coverage Ratio and

Total Secured Loan to Value Ratio covenants.

The Bondholders' Meeting will be held on Thursday, 31 August 2023.
