Status buyback of own shares

As announced on 12 September 2023 Bouvet ASA has initiated repurchase of up to 200,000 of the company's own shares for utilisation in its share programme for employees and as compensation for acquisitions.

From 19 September through 25 September the company bought 63,094 shares at an average price of NOK 56.9172. See the attached documents for detailed information about the transactions made.

The company has bought a total of 133,500 shares at an average price of NOK 56.7765 since 12. September.

After these transactions, the company owns 995,006 treasury shares.
