As announced on 12 September 2023 Bouvet ASA has initiated repurchase of up to 200,000 of the company's own shares for utilisation in its share programme for employees and as compensation for acquisitions.

From 26 September 2023 through 2 October 2023 the company bought 66,500 shares at an average price of NOK 56.4095. See the attached documents for detailed information about the transactions made.

The company has bought a total of 200,000 shares at an average price of NOK 56.6545 since 12. September.

After these transactions, the company owns 1,061,506 treasury shares.

The company hereby ends buyback of own shares for utilisation in its share programme for employees and as compensation for acquisitions.
