Bouvet completes Headit AS acquisition

Bouvet announced on 11 September 2023 that it had entered into an agreement to acquire all the shares in consultancy Headit AS. This acquisition has now been completed. Compensation took the form of a combination of cash and shares in Bouvet ASA.

The number of shares corresponded to a value of NOK 6,654,171. The share price at the transaction date was NOK 55.30, determined on the basis of the share price on the Oslo Stock Exchange at the close of business on 2 October 2023. In other words, the number of shares totalled 120,328. They have been allocated to the shareholders of Headit AS.

The acquisition and application of Bouvet’s own shares have been based on the mandate given by the group’s annual general meeting on 23 May 2023, registered in the Brønnøysund Register Centre with validity until 30 June 2024 and announced on 11 September 2023.
