In connection with the share purchase program in AF Gruppen ASA (AFG), primary insiders of the Company have subscribed 13,386 shares at NOK 97.40 per share.
Please see attached notifications for transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities in accordance with Regulation EU 596/2014 (MAR) article 19.
The transactions are expected to be completed by October 31st 2023.
