Mandatory notification of trades
In connection with the ordinary share purchase program in Bouvet ASA, primary insiders of the Company have subscribed 4,224 shares at NOK 45.4545 per share.
In connection with the share purchase program for employees in management positions in Bouvet ASA, primary insiders of the Company have subscribed 5,148 shares at NOK 56.6900 per share.
In addition 8,670 bonus shares are granted to primary insiders that participated in the share incentive program for 2020. The bonus shares are free of charge.
