Multiconsult acquires T-2 Prosjekt Vest AS

Multiconsult ASA (OSE: MULTI) has entered into an agreement to purchase 100 per

cent of the shares in the project management consultancy company T-2 Prosjekt

Vest AS located in Bergen, Norway. The company has mainly been involved in

constructions projects towards public clients. Currently the company has four

employees with a strong and good geographic market position.
