Multiconsult expands in Sweden through acquisition of Helm

Multiconsult (Oslo: MULTI) has strengthened its position in the Swedish market

with the acquisition of Helm Connect AB and Helm Project Management by its

Swedish subsidiary, Iterio AB. This strategic move enhances Iterio's

capabilities, allowing the company to pursue ambitious goals and gain additional

market share in Sweden.

Helm is a consultancy company that provides services in project and construction

management, alongside expertise in coordinating technical infrastructure within

urban areas. With a team of skilled professionals dedicated to project support,

the company, consisting of 17 employees is based in Stockholm.

The integration of Helm into Iterio is scheduled for the first quarter of 2024,

with Helm's employees co-locating with Iterio's team in Stockholm.
