Mandatory notification of trade - primary insiders

Multiconsult ASA (OSE: MULTI). As a part of the share purchase plan for

employees in 2023, the following primary insiders have, on 11 December, bought

the following number of shares in Multiconsult ASA (company):

· Grethe Bergly, CEO, purchased 1 005 shares. After the transaction she holds

52 421 shares in the company.

· Ove B. Haupberg, CFO, purchased 1 005 shares. After the transaction he holds

1 957 shares in the company.

· Geir Juterud, EVP Projects, purchased 1 005 shares. After the transaction he

holds 15 305 shares in the company.

· Kari Nicolaisen, EVP HR & Corporate Communications, purchased 1 005 shares.

After the transaction she holds 12 763 shares in the company.

· Kristin Olsson Augestad, EVP Architecture, purchased 1 005 shares. After the

transaction she holds 18 423 shares in the company.

· Kari Sveva Dowsett, EVP Region Norway, purchased 1 005 shares. After the

transaction she holds 7 273 shares in the company.

· Leif Olav Bogen, EVP Region Oslo, purchased 1 005 shares. After the

transaction he holds 16 104 shares in the company.

· Thor Ørjan Holt, EVP Sales, purchased 1 005 shares. After the transaction he

holds 3 596 shares in the company.

· Torben Halland Wedervang, employee representative on the board, purchased

1 005 shares in the company.

· Karine Gjersø, employee representative on the board, purchased 1 005 shares

in the company.

· Øystein Mejlænder-Larsen, deputy employee representative on the board,

purchased 715 shares in the company.

The transactions in the share purchase plan were based on a price of NOK 99.4810

per share, which is a 20 per cent discount of the volume-weighted average share

price of NOK 124.3512 per share traded on Oslo Børs in the period between 1 - 7

November 2023.

In addition, as a part of the share ownership plan in 2023, the following

primary insiders have, on 11 December, received the following number of shares

in Multiconsult ASA:

· Torben Halland Wedervang, employee representative on the board, received 40

shares through the share ownership plan. After the abovementioned transactions

he holds 6 443 shares in the company.

· Karine Gjersø, employee representative on the board, received 40 shares

through the share ownership plan. After the abovementioned transactions she

holds 3 993 shares in the company.

· Øystein Mejlænder-Larsen, deputy employee representative on the board,

received 40 shares through the share ownership plan. After the abovementioned

transactions he holds 11 091 shares in the company.

The shares received in the share ownership plan were complimentary shares given

to the employees from the company and are based on a price of NOK 0.0000 per

share.

After the abovementioned transactions the company holds 34 008 own shares,

corresponding to 0.12% of Multiconsult's share capital.
