Statt Torsk ASA - Delisting
Oslo Børs has decided to delist the shares of Statt Torsk ASA from trading on Euronext Growth Oslo. Pursuant to Rule Book II Section 3.17.2 (2), Oslo Børs has on the 15th of January 2024 made the following resolution:
"The shares in Statt Torsk ASA will be delisted from Euronext Growth Oslo as of the completion of the merger between Statt Torsk ASA, Vesterålen Havbruk Statt AS and Vesterålen Havbruk AS. The resolution to delist is conditional on the completion of the merger between Statt Torsk ASA, Vesterålen Havbruk Statt AS and Vesterålen Havbruk AS”.
