Multiconsult expands in Sweden through acquisition of VA-Resurs

Multiconsult (Oslo: MULTI) has strengthened its position in the Swedish market

with the acquisition of VA-Resurs AB by its Swedish subsidiary, Iterio AB. This

strategic move enhances Iterio's capabilities, allowing the company to pursue

ambitious goals and gain additional market share in Sweden.

VA-Resurs is a consultancy company that provides services in project and

construction management has extensive experience in designing, coordinating,

investigating, and managing projects within water, stormwater, and wastewater.

VA-Resurs has built a strong position as a sought-after partner with market

-leading expertise in this field and has recently won a significant contract

with SVOA (Stockholm Vatten och Avfall) in Sweden. VA-Resurs currently consists

of 11 skilled professionals based in Stockholm.

The intention is to integrate VA-Resurs into Iterio with VA-Resurs's employees

co-locating with Iterio's team in Stockholm.
