Status buyback of own shares

As announced on 28 February 2024 Bouvet ASA has initiated repurchase of up to 800,000 of the company's own shares to be used in its share programme for employees.

From 9 April through 15 April the company bought 44,800 shares at an average price of NOK 60.9480. See the attached documents for detailed information about the transactions made.

The company has bought a total of 454,800 shares at an average price of NOK 62.0791 since 1 March.

After these transactions, the company owns 644,123 treasury shares.
