Building 113 apartments in Uppsala
AF Gruppen’s subsidiary HMB has been commissioned to build 113 apartments in Luthagen for Bonova. The project will be carried out as a turnkey contract in two phases, with an option for phase two. The contract amount for both phases is MSEK 297 excluding VAT.
The project, known as Seminaret, involves the construction of 113 apartments across three Swan-labeled resident quarters. Phase one includes 66 apartments. Two resident quarters will be built using red brick as a tribute to the central seminar building from 1917. The smaller, detached residential house will have a Falu red wooden facade, connecting it to the older rector’s residence and gardener’s house in Seminar Park.
“We are pleased to collaborate with Bonova to realize this project in Luthagen. HMB looks forward to contributing to the development of a modern and sustainable residential area in this historically rich part of Uppsala”, says Bård Frydenlund, EVP at AF Gruppen.
The planning of Seminaret will start immediately, and occupancy is planned in phases from the autumn of 2026. The project’s start is contingent on sufficient pre-sales.
