With reference to the separate stock exchange announcement today regarding the proposal by Schibsted's Board of Directors to pay out the second tranche of the special cash dividend amounting to approximately NOK 2 billion.

The payment date is subject to the interim balance sheet having been registered in the Norwegian Register of Company Accounts pursuant to Section 8-2a (5) of the Norwegian Public Companies Act no later than 12 September 2024.
