Varner Kapital sold 459,484 of its shares in Bouvet ASA. The sales resulted in Varner Kapital percentage of shares being reduced to less than 5%. After the sales, Varner Kapital holds 5,000,000 which equals approximately 4,8% of the shares of the company.
