Building Office Building in Fredrikstad

Betonmast, a company within AF Gruppen, has entered into an agreement with Værste AS to develop and construct a new office building at Værste in Fredrikstad. The contract is a turnkey project and will have a value of approximately NOK 175 million excluding VAT.

The project includes an office building of 6,100 m² with a parking garage of 1,100 m² and will, among other things, house all Gjensidige employees in Fredrikstad and Sarpsborg when it is completed in 2026. In addition, there will be outward-facing businesses on the ground floor as well as other commercial areas on the second floor. The office building will have a green profile, including solar panels and green roofs.

The goal is to start construction during the winter, with completion tentatively estimated for September 2026.
