Nominated for the rehabilitation of Sten-Tærud School

Betonmast, a company within AF Gruppen, has been selected by Lillestrøm Municipality for the rehabilitation of Sten-Tærud School in Skedsmokorset. The contract value is estimated to be around NOK 200 million, excluding VAT.

The contract is planned to be executed as a collaborative project in phase 1, with continuation into phase 2. The contract value will be included in the order backlog only when the final execution contract is signed.

Sten-Tærud is a two parallel 1st through 10th grade school that will be converted into a two parallel 1st through 7th grade school. The project includes the rehabilitation of brick buildings, including a gymnasium and swimming pool. The total building area is approximately 7,000 m².

Construction is estimated to start in the fall of 2025, with completion in 2027.
