To build apartment building in Sandefjord

Strøm Gundersen Vestfold, a subsidiary of AF Gruppen, has been selected by Boligbyggelaget USBL AS as the contractor for the construction of the new apartment building Møllers Gate in Sandefjord. The contract will be executed as a collaborative contract and has a value of approximately NOK 122 million excluding VAT.

The project includes the design, demolition of the existing building, and construction of a new six-story apartment building with a total of 36 apartments and associated outdoor works. The building’s ground floor will contain a combination of commercial spaces and parking areas. The total project area is 4,800 square meters gross floor area (GFA).

The project planning will commence in September 2024, and the construction period is 16 months. The construction start is contingent on necessary government approvals and satisfactory financing.
