Status buyback of own shares

As announced on 13 September 2024 AF Gruppen ASA (the "Company") has initiated repurchase of up to 200 000 shares for the company's employee share program.

From 16 September through 20 September the company bought 56,400 shares at an average price of NOK 122,24. See the attached documents for detailed information about the transactions made.

After these transactions, the Company owns 108,600 treasury shares.
