Schibsted ASA ("Schibsted Marketplaces") will today host a Capital Markets Day

("CMD") for investors, analysts and media at Port Olimpic in Barcelona.The main

focus of the event will be the strategic ambitions and financial framework of

the new company.

"We aim to build on our legacy and continue to be a front-runner in the

marketplace industry. This means accelerating our future winners by simplifying

our portfolio and organisation, deepening our vertical capabilities, and scaling

across our businesses to deliver superior products. Furthermore, we will

accelerate our positions and concepts where we have the capabilities and

playbook needed to win," says Christian Printzell Halvorsen, CEO Schibsted

Marketplaces.

Over the past year, Schibsted Marketplaces has made significant efforts in

transforming and focusing the business to unlock shareholder value and reinforce

its position as a pure-play marketplace company. Through these actions, the

company will become a leaner, more agile organisation, dedicated to delivering

sustainable value to shareholders and securing number one positions across the

Nordics.

"We are excited to present the financial targets and focused capital allocation

policy for the new company. By combining a strong revenue growth agenda with

significant cost and efficiency improvements, we are well-positioned to drive

substantial margin expansion across all verticals in the medium-term," said Per

Christian Mørland, CFO of Schibsted Marketplaces.

Medium-term targets:

* Mobility: Revenue growth of 12-17%, with an EBITDA margin of 55-60%

* Real Estate: Revenue growth of 12-17%, with an EBITDA margin of 45-50%

* Jobs: Revenue growth of 5-10%, with an EBITDA margin above 55%

* Recommerce: Revenue growth of more than 20%, with a positive single-digit

EBITDA margin

Capital allocation policy:

* Investing in selective acquisitions to create shareholder value

* Pay a progressive annual dividend

* Any surplus cash post the above will be returned to shareholders over time

* Maintain a conservative balance sheet

level as the boats. It is located just about 100 metres east of Hotel Arts.

To reach the Espai Mestral at Moll de Mestral, Port Olímpic, from within the

Port Olímpic area, follow these steps:

1. Locate the Moll de Mestral: This is the westernmost pier in Port Olímpic,

adjacent to the Vila Olímpica neighbourhood.

2. Head towards the Blue Economy Business Center: The Espai Mestral is situated

within this centre.

3. Look for signage: Once near Moll de Mestral, follow signs indicating "Espai

Mestral" We'll also have a blue sign with Capital Markets Day 2024 outside

the venue.
