Change in Ownership Structure

Pierce Group AB has been informed that Procuritas Capital Investors V GP, Limited, acting as a partner to Procuritas Capital Investors V, LP, and PCI V Co-Investment AB (together "Procuritas"), has sold 20,143,293 shares in Pierce Group AB, corresponding to approximately 25.1 percent of the shares in the company.

The price in the transaction was SEK 6.80 per share, amounting to a total of approximately SEK 137 million. The new owners consist of a limited number of investors, including Siba Invest AB. Following the transaction, Procuritas no longer owns any shares in the company.

Pareto Securities acted as Sole Manager and Bookrunner in connection with the transaction.
