Increased number of shares and votes in Fasadgruppen Group AB (publ)

As of today, 29 November 2024, the total number of shares and votes in Fasadgruppen Group AB (publ) amounts to 53,832,113.

The number of shares and votes has increased during November as a result of the set-off issue of a total of 4,208,283 shares which was a part of the consideration for the acquisition of Clear Line Holdings Ltd.
