Čakovec, Mlinska ulica 1, PIN: 20262622069, in accordance with Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 16, 2014 on market abuse (Market Abuse Regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC, hereby informs the investment public of the following:

➢ on November 28, 2024, Mr. Krešimir Kvaternik, a member of the Supervisory Board and Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Čakovečki mlinovi Inc., has submitted his resignation from the positions of member and Chairman of the Supervisory Board, as well as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Čakovečki mlinovi Inc.

The Supervisory Board has accepted the resignation.

• ➢ on November 28, 2024, Mr. Damir Metelko, Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board, has submitted his resignation from the position of Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board. The Supervisory Board has accepted the resignation.
• ➢ the Supervisory Board has resolved that, effective from November 29, 2024, Mr. Damir Metelko, a member of the Supervisory Board, will assume the position of Chairman of the Supervisory Board, and Mr. Franjo Plodinec, a member of the Supervisory Board, will assume the position of Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board, also effective from November 29, 2024.
• ➢ Supervisory Board adopted resolutions appointing Mr. Mario Sedlaček, PIN: 44554121376, as Chairman of the Management Board of Čakovečki mlinovi Inc., and Mr. Krešimir Kvaternik, PIN: 23793279449, as a member of the Management Board. The term of office for the appointed Chairman and member of the Management Board is set to last until December 31, 2026.

The Supervisory Board of Čakovečki mlinovi Inc., from November 29, 2024, will consist of the following members:
