Subject: - Notice on Postponement of the Announced Discussion at the Management Board Meeting and Postponement of the Supervisory Board Meeting

The issuer, Čakovečki mlinovi Inc., Čakovec, Mlinska ulica 1, PIN: 20262622069, in accordance with Article 133 of the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, previously announced that the Board of Directors would hold a meeting on November 19, 2024, and the Supervisory Board would meet on November 21, 2024, to consider the proposal for dividend distribution and an increase in the share capital of Čakovečki mlinovi Inc.

The Management Board meeting was held as announced; but, the discussion on the proposal for dividend distribution and share capital increase is postponed to the next Management Board meeting, that is planned to be held within a short timeframe.

Due to the postponement of the discussion on the proposal for dividend distribution and share capital increase at the Issuer's Management Board meeting, the Supervisory Board meeting originally scheduled for November 21, 2024, has also been postponed.

The issuer will promptly notify the investment public of the new dates for the Management Board and Supervisory Board meetings, during which the proposal for dividend distribution and share capital increase will be discussed.
