Disclosure of received notifications

Pursuant to the Belgian law of 2 May 2007 regarding the disclosure of major shareholdings in listed companies, Fagron received notifications of Norges Bank.

Notifications of Norges Bank

• On 17 December 2019, Fagron received a notification that the shareholding of Norges Bank had crossed the disclosure threshold of 3% on 16 December 2019 as the result of the acquisition of voting securities or voting rights.
• On 18 December 2019, Fagron received a notification that the shareholding of Norges Bank had fallen below the disclosure threshold
• of 3% (the lowest threshold) on 17 December 2019 as the result of the disposal of voting securities or voting rights.

Openbaarmaking van ontvangen kennisgevingen

Overeenkomstig de Belgische Wet van 2 mei 2007 op de openbaarmaking van belangrijke deelnemingen in beursgenoteerde vennootschappen, heeft Fagron kennisgevingen ontvangen van Norges Bank.

Kennisgevingen van Norges Bank

• Op 17 december 2019 heeft Fagron een kennisgeving ontvangen dat het aandeelhouderschap van Norges Bank op 16 december 2019 de kennisgevingsdrempel van 3% heeft overschreden door de verwerving van stemrechtverlenende effecten of stemrechten.
• Op 18 december 2019 heeft Fagron een kennisgeving ontvangen dat het aandeelhouderschap van Norges Bank op 17 december 2019 de kennisgevingsdrempel van 3% (de laagste drempel) heeft onderschreden door de overdracht van stemrechtverlenende effecten of stemrechten.
