Nessun azionista di Vianini Lavori S.p.A. ha esercitato il diritto di recesso

Roma, 11 novembre 2015 – Vianini Lavori S.p.A. (la "Società"), con riferimento alle modifiche dello statuto sociale approvate dall'Assemblea in data 22 ottobre 2015, comunica che in data 7 novembre u.s. è scaduto il termine per l'esercizio del diritto di recesso attribuito ai sensi dell'art. 2437, comma 1, lett. (g) del codice civile ai titolari di azioni della Società che non abbiano concorso (in quanto assenti, astenuti o dissenzienti) alla approvazione delle modifiche dello statuto sociale e che ad oggi non risulta pervenuta alla Società alcuna comunicazione di esercizio del diritto di recesso da parte dei propri Azionisti legittimati.

No Vianini Lavori Shareholder has exercised the right of withdrawal

Roma, November 11th 2015 – Vianini Lavori S.p.A. (The Company), with regard to the amendments of the By-laws approved on October 22, 2015, announces that, on November 7, was the deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal given, pursuant with Article 2437, paragraph 1, lett. (g) of the civil code, to the Company Shareholders who did not take part (as absent, abstaining or dissenting) to the approval of the amendments of the By-laws and that, to date, the Company has not received any communication for exercising the right of withdrawal from Entitled Shareholders.
