Grassobbio (Bergamo), 29 Dicembre 2015 – Tesmec S.p.A. (MTA, STAR: TES), a capo di un gruppo leader nel mercato delle infrastrutture relative al trasporto e alla distribuzione di energia elettrica, dati e materiali, comunica il calendario annuale dei prossimi eventi societari previsti per l'esercizio 2016:
Lunedì, 14 marzo 2016: approvazione del progetto di bilancio di Tesmec S.p.A. e del bilancio consolidato del
Gruppo al 31 dicembre 2015
Venerdì, 6 maggio 2016: approvazione del resoconto intermedio di gestione al 31 marzo 2016
Venerdì, 5 agosto 2016: approvazione della relazione finanziaria semestrale al 30 giugno 2016
Lunedì, 7 novembre 2016: approvazione del resoconto intermedio di gestione al 30 settembre 2016
Approvazione del bilancio d'esercizio al 31 dicembre 2015
Unica convocazione: Venerdì, 29 aprile 2016
In occasione dei Consigli di Amministrazione di approvazione dei risultati di periodo sono previste conference call con la comunità finanziaria, indicativamente tra le ore 14:00 e 15:00 CET, i cui dettagli verranno comunicati successivamente.
Si precisa che tali date potranno subire delle variazioni che la Società provvederà a comunicare tempestivamente al mercato.

In particolare, il Gruppo opera nei settori: 1) degli elettrodotti di trasmissione e distribuzione (equipaggiamenti di tesatura per l'installazione di conduttori e la posa di cavi interrati; apparecchi elettronici e sensori per la gestione, il monitoraggio e l'automazione delle reti elettriche); 2) delle infrastrutture civili interrate (macchine trencher cingolate ad alta potenza per lo scavo in linea di oleodotti, gasdotti, acquedotti, reti di telecomunicazione e operazioni di drenaggio; surface miner per sbancamenti, cave e miniere di superficie; servizi specialistici di scavo); 3) delle reti ferroviarie (equipaggiamenti ferroviari per l'istallazione e la manutenzione della catenaria e per operazioni speciali quali, ad esempio, la rimozione neve dal binario; power unit di ultima generazione).
Nato in Italia nel 1951 e guidato dal Presidente e Amministratore Delegato Ambrogio Caccia Dominioni, il Gruppo può contare su oltre 500 dipendenti e dispone di sei siti produttivi: quattro in Italia, a Grassobbio (Bergamo), Endine Gaiano (Bergamo), Sirone (Lecco) e Monopoli (Bari), uno negli Stati Uniti d'America, ad Alvarado (Texas), e uno in Francia, a Durtal. Il Gruppo, inoltre, è presente commercialmente a livello globale e può contare su una presenza diretta nei diversi continenti, costituita da società estere e uffici commerciali in USA, Sud Africa, Russia, Qatar, Bulgaria, Cina e Francia.

Monday, 14 th March 2016: approval of the draft statutory and consolidated financial statements as at 31st

Friday, 6 th May 2016: approval of the Company's Quarterly Report as at 31st March 2016
Friday, 5 th August 2016: approval of the Company's Half-Year Report as at 30th June 2016
Monday, 7 th November 2016: approval of the Company's Quarterly Report as at 30th September 2016
Shareholders' meeting to approve the Statutory Financial Statements as at 31st December 2015
Single Call: Friday, 29th April 2016
Conference calls for the presentation of the financial results to the Financial Community will be held the same day as the Board of Directors meetings, usually around 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm CET. The dates and times of these presentations will be announced as soon as they have been scheduled.
