Bagnolo in Piano (RE), 26 gennaio 2016 - Emak S.p.A. (Milano, segmento STAR), comunica il calendario degli appuntamenti societari per l'esercizio 2014.
Il Consiglio di Amministrazione esamina i primi dati relativi all'esercizio 2015.
Il Consiglio di Amministrazione esamina ed approva il Progetto di Bilancio relativo all'esercizio chiuso al 31 Dicembre 2015, la proposta di dividendo, con relative date di stacco cedola e pagamento.
L'Assemblea degli azionisti è chiamata, in unica convocazione, ad approvare il bilancio d'esercizio e la destinazione utile.
Il Consiglio di Amministrazione esamina ed approva il Resoconto intermedio di gestione al 31 Marzo 2016.
Il Consiglio di Amministrazione esamina ed approva la Relazione finanziaria semestrale al 30 Giugno 2016.
Il Consiglio di Amministrazione esamina ed approva il Resoconto intermedio di gestione al 30 Settembre 2016.
Le date sopra indicate potranno subire variazioni, sempre nel rispetto dei termini previsti dalle normative e dai regolamenti, in tal caso Emak S.p.A. si impegna a darne tempestiva comunicazione al mercato.

Il Gruppo Emak sviluppa, produce e distribuisce un'ampia gamma di prodotti in tre aree di business: (i) outdoor power equipment, che comprende prodotti destinati al giardinaggio, all'attività forestale e all'agricoltura quali decespugliatori, rasaerba, trattorini, motoseghe, motozappe e motocoltivatori; (ii) pompe e high pressure water jetting, di cui fan parte pompe a membrana destinate al settore agricolo (irrorazione e diserbo), pompe a pistoni ad alta e ad altissima pressione per il comparto industriale, idropulitrici professionali, unità idrodinamiche e macchine per l'urban cleaninig; (iii) componenti ed accessori per i suddetti settori, i più rappresentativi dei quali sono filo e testine per decespugliatori, accessori per motoseghe (ad es. affilatrici), pistole, valvole ed ugelli per idropulitrici e per applicazioni agricole, precision farming (sensori e computer), sedili e ricambi tecnici per trattori.
Il Gruppo commercializza i propri prodotti a livello mondiale attraverso 28 società, più di 150 distributori e oltre 30.000 rivenditori specializzati e conta più di 1.500 dipendenti. Nel 2014 il Gruppo ha realizzato vendite per 354,7 milioni di euro e contava più di 1.500 dipendenti

The Board of Directors will examine 2015 preliminary year results.
The Board of Directors reviews and approves the Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2015, the dividend proposal, with dates of payment and ex-dividend.
The Annual General Meeting is called, in a single call, to approve the financial statements and the allocation of profits.
The Board of Directors will examine and approve Quarterly Report at 31 March 2016.
The Board of Directors will examine and approve the Half Year Report at 30 June 2016.
The Board of Directors will examine and approve the Quarterly Report 30 September 2016.
The above dates may change, always in accordance with the terms provided by the rules and regulations, if so Emak S.p.A. will promptly inform the market.
