With regards to Banca IFIS S.p.A.'s Ordinary General Shareholders' Meeting, convened in a single call for 22 March 2016 at 09:30 at its registered office, in order to deliberate, amongst other things, the appointment of the Members of the Board of Directors and the Statutory Auditors' Board, Banca IFIS S.p.A. hereby informs the public that the following lists of candidates have been deposited:
