Calendario degli eventi societari 2025

Bagnolo in Piano (RE), 13 novembre 2024 - Emak S.p.A. comunica il calendario degli appuntamenti societari per l'esercizio 2025.

• 30 Gennaio 2025 Esame dei primi dati relativi all'esercizio 2024.
• 13 Marzo 2025 Esame e approvazione del Progetto di Bilancio relativo all'esercizio chiuso al 31 dicembre 2024.
• 29 Aprile 2025 Assemblea ordinaria degli azionisti per l'approvazione del bilancio al 31 dicembre 2024.
• 15 Maggio 2025 Esame ed approvazione delle informazioni periodiche aggiuntive al 31 marzo 2025.
• 8 Agosto 2025 Esame ed approvazione della Relazione finanziaria semestrale al 30 giugno 2025.
• 14 Novembre 2025 Esame ed approvazione delle informazioni periodiche aggiuntive al 30 settembre 2025.

Emak si avvale dell'esimente dalla pubblicazione del quarto resoconto di esercizio, mettendo a disposizione del pubblico la relazione finanziaria annuale, unitamente agli altri documenti previsti dall'art. 154-ter, comma primo, T.U.F., entro 90 giorni dalla chiusura dell'esercizio

Bagnolo in Piano (RE), 13 November 2024 - Emak S.p.A. informs about the 2025 corporate events calendar.

January 2025 Review of 2024 preliminary results March 2025 Review and approval of the Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2024. April 2025 Annual General Meeting for the approval of the financial statements at December 31, 2024. May 2025 Approval of the Additional Periodic Financial Information as at 31 March 2025. August 2025 Approval of the Half Year Report as at 30 June 2025. November 2025 Approval of the Additional Periodic Financial Information as at 30 September 2025.

Emak uses the exemption from the publication of the fourth quarterly report, making available to the public the annual financial report, together with the other documents provided by art. 154-ter, first paragraph, T.U.F., within 90 days from the end of the year.
