Ai sensi dell'Art. 2.6.2 del Regolamento di Borsa Italiana S.p.A., Vi comunichiamo, a parziale modifica del calendario degli eventi societari, che il Consiglio di approvazione del Resoconto Intermedio di gestione consolidato al 30 settembre 2016 si terrà il giorno 10 novembre 2016 (anziché il 25 ottobre 2016).

Ogni successiva variazione delle informazioni contenute nel calendario sarà tempestivamente comunicata.

In accordance with article 2.6.2 of the Italian Stock Exchange Regulations, you are hereby informed that, in partial departure from the existing Events Calendar, Board of Directors' Meeting to approve the 2016 3 rd quarter Financial Report will be held on 10 November 2016 (instead of 25 October 2016).

Any further variations to the Events Calendar will be communicated well in advance.
