Publication of the Information Document concerning the acquisition of GE Capital Interbanca S.p.A. as per article 71 of CONSOB Regulation no. 11971 of 14 May 1999

Mestre (Venice), December 5, 2016 – Banca IFIS informs that, in relation to the acquisition of GE Capital Interbanca S.p.A. announced on 28 July 2016 and finalised on 30 November 2016, the Information Document drawn up pursuant to article 71 of the regulation implementing Italian Legislative Decree no. 58 of 24 February 1998 setting forth the rules governing issuers, adopted by CONSOB by means of resolution no. 11971 of 14 May 1999, is available starting today at www.bancaifis.it as well as through the other means required by applicable laws and regulations.
