ESG Core Investments B.V. publishes consolidated financial statements and its annual report 2021

Today, ESG Core Investments B.V. (ESG Core), a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) listed on Euronext Amsterdam publishes its consolidated financial statements for the period 21 January 2021 to 31 December 2021 (the Consolidated Financial Statements) and its annual report 2021, including the report of its management board and the report of its supervisory board (the Annual Report). ESG Core invites its shareholders to its electronic Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (via audio webcast) (the AGM) on Thursday 10 March 2022 at 13:00 (CET). Further details of the AGM are set out in the agenda, explanatory notes and convocation for the AGM.
