Grassobbio (Bergamo - Italy), 22 December 2016 – Tesmec S.p.A. (MTA, STAR: TES), at the head of a group leader in the market of infrastructures related to the transport and distribution of energy, data and materials, announces that is deposited at the administrative office Grassobbio, Via Zanica 17/O, available to the public through publication on the website www.tesmec.com, in the authorised storage mechanism at , and at Borsa Italiana S.p.A. (Milan, Piazza degli Affari, 6) the Informative Document for transaction of greater importance with Related Parties involving the properties in Grassobbio, Padua and Patrica drawn up pursuant to Article 5 of the Procedure with regard to transactions with related parties of Tesmec and Article 5 of the Regulation approved by CONSOB with Regulation no. 17221 of 12 March 2010, as subsequently integrated and amended.
