Bagnolo in Piano (RE), 25 gennaio 2017 - Emak S.p.A. (Milano, segmento STAR), comunica il calendario degli appuntamenti societari per l'esercizio 2017.
Con riferimento al D. Lgs. 25/2016, che recepisce la direttiva Transparency (direttiva 2013/50/UE), Emak, quale emittente appartenente al segmento STAR del MTA, comunica che, in conformità al regolamento mercati di Borsa Italiana (art. 2.2.3., comma 3, lett. a), proseguirà durante l'esercizio 2017 con la redazione e pubblicazione sistematica dei resoconti intermedi di gestione con le stesse modalità utilizzate finora, come già illustrato nel proprio comunicato del 11/11/2016, a pag. 3, secondo il calendario sopra esposto. Emak, come tradizione, si avvale dell'esimente dalla pubblicazione del quarto resoconto di esercizio, mettendo a disposizione del pubblico la relazione finanziaria annuale, unitamente agli altri documenti previsti dall'art. 154-ter, comma primo, T.U.F., entro 90 giorni dalla chiusura dell'esercizio

Il Gruppo commercializza i propri prodotti a livello mondiale attraverso 28 società, più di 150 distributori e oltre 30.000 rivenditori specializzati e conta 1.693 dipendenti. Nel 2015 il Gruppo ha realizzato vendite per 381,6 milioni di euro

Bagnolo in Piano (RE), 25 January 2017 - Emak S.p.A. (MTA, STAR) informs about the 2017 corporate events calendar.
With reference to Legislative Decree no. 25/2016, which transposes the Transparency Directive (Directive 2013/50 / EU), Emak, as issuer belonging to the STAR segment of the MTA, announces that, in accordance with Regulations of the Italian Stock Exchange (art. 2.2.3., paragraph 3, letter. a), will continue during the year 2017, with the preparation and systematic publication of quarterly reports with the same procedures used so far, as explained in its press release of 11/11/2016, on p. 3, according to the schedule above. Emak, as a tradition, uses the exemption from the publication of the fourth quarterly report, making available to the public the annual financial report, together with the other documents provided by art. 154-ter, first paragraph, T.U.F., within 90 days from the end of the year.
