Emak: precisazioni su indiscrezioni di stampa

Bagnolo in Piano (RE), 9 marzo 2017 - In relazione a quanto pubblicato da alcuni organi di informazione, Emak S.p.A. precisa che sono in corso trattative per una possibile acquisizione da parte della controllata Comet S.p.A. di Lavorwash S.p.A, con sede a Pegognaga (Mantova), capofila di un gruppo che progetta, produce e commercializza una vasta gamma di macchine destinate al settore cleaning. Nessun accordo vincolante è stato ad oggi ancora sottoscritto.

Il signing del contratto preliminare, condizionato all'esito delle due diligence attualmente in fase di svolgimento sulla società e sul gruppo di controllate estere, è previsto per il secondo trimestre dell'anno.

La società si impegna ad aggiornare il mercato sull'evoluzione della trattativa.

Il Gruppo commercializza i propri prodotti a livello mondiale attraverso 28 società, più di 150 distributori e oltre 30.000 rivenditori specializzati e conta 1.693 dipendenti. Nel 2015 il Gruppo ha realizzato vendite per 381,6 milioni di euro

Emak: clarification of press rumours

Bagnolo in Piano (RE), 9 March 2017 – In relation to the information published by some media, Emak S.p.A. points out that negotiations are under way for a possible acquisition by the controlled company Comet S.p.A. of Lavorwash S.p.A., based in Pegognaga (Mantova), head of a group that designs, manufactures and markets a wide range of machines for the cleaning sector. No binding agreement has been signed as yet.

The signing of the preliminary agreement, subject to the outcome of the due diligence activity that is currently being carried out on the company and the group of foreign subsidiaries, is scheduled for the second quarter of the year.

The company commits to update the market on the evolution of the negotiation.
