TESMEC S.P.A.: CERVED RATING AWARDS TO THE COMPANY THE SOLICITED RATING "B 1.1"

Grassobbio (Bergamo - Italy), 15 March 2017 – Tesmec S.p.A. (MTA, STAR: TES), at the head of a group leader in the market of infrastructures related to the transport and distribution of energy, data and material, announced that Cerved Rating Agency, the Italian rating agency specialized in the credit rating assessment of non-financial businesses, changed the solicited rating assigned to the company from "A 3.1" to "B 1.1" - good credit quality.
