ESG Core Investments B.V. announces positive interest rate on the Escrow Account
Amsterdam – 20 September 2022 17:40 CET
ESG Core Investments B.V. (ESG Core), a special purpose acquisition company listed on Euronext Amsterdam, hereby announces that the Proceeds on the Escrow Account as of 19 September 2022 bear a positive interest of 0.8% on an annual basis. ESG Core will give further updates on the interest rate applicable to the Escrow Account if and when required. The interest on the Escrow Account will be added to the Escrow Account directly. Terms not defined herein shall have the meaning given to them in the prospectus of ESG Core dated 11 February 2021.
