Banca IFIS: the mergers of IFIS Factoring and Interbanca approved

Mestre (Venice), 10th July 2017 – Banca IFIS's Board of Directors' Meeting, which met today under the chairmanship of Sebastien Egon Furstenberg, has approved the mergers of the companiesIFIS Factoring S.r.l. and Interbanca S.p.A. into Banca IFIS S.p.A..

The IFIS Factoring Merger Project has been approved by IFIS Factoring's Board of Directors today. The merger agreement is expected to be completed by the end of July with effect as of 1st August.

The Interbanca Merger Project will be approved by Interbanca's Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting in the first week of September 2017.

The minutes of the Board of Directors' Meeting will be made available at Banca IFIS's registered office and on the company's website, www.bancaifis.it, as well as on the authorized storage system , according to the methods and within the terms set out by regulations in force.
