Banca IFIS, the final acquisition cost for the Interbanca Group is 109,4 million euro

Mestre (Venice), July 18, 2017 - Banca IFIS (IF: IM) announces that, in relation to the acquisition of the Interbanca Group - completed in November 2016 - the final transaction cost is 109,4 million euro, based on the price adjustment mechanism that was established at the moment of the acquisition.

On August 8, 2017, Banca IFIS will approve the financial results of the first half 2017.
