ESG Core Investments B.V. announces increase of positive interest rate on the Escrow Account

Amsterdam – 19 December 2022 17:40 CET

ESG Core Investments B.V. (ESG Core), a special purpose acquisition company listed on Euronext Amsterdam, hereby announces that the Proceeds on the Escrow Account as of 19 December 2022 bear a positive interest of 1.793% on an annual basis. This is an increase of the preceding positive interest rate of 0.8% on an annual basis, which was communicated by ESG Core on 20 September 2022. The interest on the Escrow Account will be added to the Escrow Account directly. Terms not defined herein shall have the meaning given to them in the prospectus of ESG Core dated 11 February 2021.
