Mestre, December 22, 2017 - Please be informed that, pursuant to art. 5 of the Consob Regulation n. 17221 of 12 March 2010, as amended, and section 9.4 of the Banca IFIS's "Procedure for managing transactions with related parties", the informational document pertaining to renewing the line of credit for IFIS Finance z.o.o. approved by the Board of Directors on December 20, 2017 has been made available to the public at the registered office, on the Bank's website (http://www.bancaifis.com/Institutional-investors/Information-documents), at the "Borsa Italiana S.p.A." (Italian Stock Exchange) and on the authorized storage structure's site .
