Cesena, April 18, 2018 – TREVI – Finanziaria Industriale S.p.A. – ISIN code IT0001351383 ("the Company") announces, in reference to the article issued this morning on Milano Finanza, and after the request of the Authority, that, as part of the Group debt restructuring, as per the press release dated December 18, 2017, the Company is also considering activities that could lead to the valorization of some Group asset's in the Oil & Gas segment. In this context, although the Company contacted and started the discussion with various potential investors, no binding offer has been received at the moment.
