Cesena, April 23, 2018 – TREVI – Finanziaria Industriale S.p.A. – ISIN code IT0001351383 ("the Company") communicates that the Bondholders' General Meeting of «TREVI- FINANZIARIA INDUSTRIALE S.P.A. 5.25% 2014 – 2019» (ISIN CODE IT0005038382) listed on the Extra MOT PRO Segment of Borsa Italiana S.p.A., called at the registered office in Cesena (FC) Via Larga, 201 on April 23, 2018 at 11AM in first call, did not reach the quorum and therefore is considered convened in second call for April 27, 2018 at 11AM, at the same place, as per the call notice published on the company website on March 21, 2018 and the Call Notice extract published on the same date in the "La Repubblica" newspaper. The documentation concerning the General Meeting has been made available, as per applicable regulations, on the Company website on March 23, 2018.
