Banca IFIS: Deed of merger of IFIS Leasing into Banca IFIS signed

Mestre (Venice), 15 May 2018 – The deed of merger by incorporation of IFIS Leasing S.p.A. into Banca IFIS S.p.A. has been signed today. The transaction, already approved by the respective Boards of Directors on 20 April 2018, will be effective as of 28 May 2018, pursuant to article 2504 bis, second paragraph, of the Italian Civil Code. This press release supersedes all previous releases on the merger.

The merger of IFIS Leasing, which will take place almost 18 months after the former Interbanca Group was acquired, finalises the integration process and brings the project of simplification, rationalization and development of the acquired Group's business, as announced at the moment of the acquisition, to a successful end.

Pursuant to current regulations, the documentation on the merger is available at the registered offices of the companies involved, on Banca IFIS's website (www.bancaifis.it) in the sections 'Information documents' and 'Financial statements and reports', and on IFIS Leasing's website (www.ifisleasing.it), and can also be consulted in the authorised storage system .
