CERVED RATING AGENCY ABBASSA A C1.2 IL RATING DI TREVI FINANZIARIA INDUSTRIALE S.P.A.

Cesena, 20 giugno 2018 – Trevi Finanziaria Industriale S.p.A., rende noto che in data odierna Cerved Rating Agency S.p.A. ha comunicato alla Società, tramite l'invio di una comunicazione (allegata al presente comunicato), di aver modificato il rating della Società da C1.1 a C1.2.

Si segnala che la nota con la quale Cerved Rating Agency ha aggiornato il rating della Società è disponibile anche sul sito internet della società (www.trevifin.com, sezione Investor Relations / Informazioni Regolamentate / Debito & Credit Rating).

Cesena, June 20, 2018 - Trevi Finanziaria Industriale S.p.A., announces that today Cerved Rating Agency S.p.A. has notified the Company, by sending a communication (attached to this release), that it has changed the Company's rating from C1.1 to C1.2.

Cerved Rating Agency in data 20/06/2018 ha modificato il rating di TREVI – Finanziaria Industriale S.p.A. da C1.1 a C1.2

Il downgrade riflette l'impatto, sull'andamento del Gruppo Trevi, della perdurante situazione di incertezza relativa alla risoluzione dello stato di standstill de facto, in essere dal 19 maggio 2017, e della ridotta aggiudicazione di nuove commesse nel corso del 2017. La riduzione del backlog, da 956,4 milioni al 31/12/2016 a 534,8 milioni di euro al 31/12/2017, a fronte di un rapporto backlog/valore della produzione degli ultimi cinque anni di circa 0,8x, avrà un impatto negativo anche sui risultati del 2018. La liquidità disponibile, anche se in diminuzione da 211,6 milioni di euro al 31/03/2017 a 120,6 milioni di euro al 31/03/2018, permetterà al Gruppo di proseguire le negoziazioni con il ceto bancario per definire il progetto finanziario complessivo senza ripercussioni, nell'esercizio 2018, sull'operatività aziendale.

Cerved Rating Agency on 20/06/2018 has downgraded TREVI – Finanziaria Industriale S.p.A rating from C1.1 to C1.2

Date of first issuance of the rating: 15/06/2014

The downgrade reflects the impact on the performance of the Trevi Group of the ongoing uncertainty related to the resolution of the standstill de facto effective as of 19/05/2017 and the reduction in new contracts being awarded in 2017. The decrease of the backlog from 956.4 million as at 31/12/2016 to 534.8 million as at 31/12/2017, considering the last five years average backlog/value of production ratio of 0.8x, will have a negative impact also on the results of the 2018 financial year. The available liquidity, even though decreasing from 211.6 million euro as at 31/03/2017 to 120.6 million euro as at 31/03/2018, will allow the Group to continue negotiations with the banking institutions to define the financial restructuring project without repercussions on the Group's operations in FY2018.
